Once you’ve selected your desired customization, add the watch to your cart and place the order. We will assemble your timepiece within three business days and send you photos or videos of the finished product via email. Only after your confirmation will we proceed with shipping. Otherwise, you may cancel the order or request adjustments.

After your confirmation, we will ship your watch. Delivery time is 5–8 days within the United States and 7–14 days for other regions.

If the DIY watch style you’re interested in isn’t available on our website, please contact us via skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com. We’ll assess whether we can assemble the custom watch you desire. Before shipping, we’ll send you a video of the assembled watch to confirm it meets your expectations. If it doesn’t, you can cancel the order or request a style change immediately.
We utilize Seiko movements and dials, which are meticulously handcrafted and customized to create unique, timeless designs.
Once you place an order, we require 1–3 business days to assemble your custom watch before shipping.
For most areas within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment.
After your watch is fully assembled, we will send you real product photos or a short video via email for your review.
We will only proceed with shipping after receiving your approval.
If you're not satisfied, you're welcome to request adjustments or cancel the order at no cost before shipping.
Our physical store is located in New Hampshire (NH), but some custom components may not be available on-site.
If that’s the case, your watch will be assembled and shipped from another location.
If your selected components are in stock at our store, we will ship directly from there.
1.If you request a refund before your order is shipped, we’ll process it within 24 hours.
2.For refunds requested during shipping or after delivery, the item and packaging must remain intact and in resalable condition. Send the item to the address provided below and share the tracking number. We’ll process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number.
3.Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for DIY custom watches unless there are significant quality issues.
4.Once the refund is processed, the funds will be handled by your bank and typically credited to your account within 1-3 business days.
